  • Brief Overview of 2009 by AnaPaula

AnaPaula meet with the health promoter before the holiday to give a summary of last year report of the different projects and numbers.  She showed a map of this to the action group.  She mentions that in this meeting the health promoter did a small election to have three representatives from the group.  This representative will be the ones that will make decision for the whole group.

We started working on the action team goal and activities so we came up give a graph where we put the goal, activities, who, when , resource in each of these categor

First goal; Support the professional growth of Proyecto Salud’s Health Promoters

 Objective 1.  -  Stimulate HP’s leadership development within our Action Team and the MLHC.

1. Activities – Support Joelisa in her role as our action team chair

2nd Activity: Personally contact the HP to stimulate their participation in the action

3rd Activity: Delegate a point person from the action team to personally invite HP to come to the general meeting. Guide and mentor the health promoters in the meetings.
